attended Northern Illinois University with an emphasis
in marketing. Michelle received the Certified Senior Advisor(CSA)
designation in 1998. She has over 12 years of experience
in all aspects of employee benefits. She focuses primarily
on the individual and small group markets. Michelle is
active in several Women in Business organizations and
Chambers of Commerce. She currently sits on the Board
of Directors for the Greater Palatine Chamber of Commerce
& Industry. |

Janet
is a graduate of Western Illinois University. Janet brings
5 years of business, computer, and customer service experience
to KGK. She provides client assistance and assists in
health carrier analysis and proposals. Janet works with
carriers to provide our clients with information to best
utilize their benefits as well as working as liaison between
our clients and their carrier in solving claim problems. |

Nancy Keilman, Marketing Assistant |

Nancy joined us in the spring of 2003. She brings with her over 15 years of service and sales support experience. Nancy obtained her series 7 and series 63 licenses in 1993. Prior to joining KGK, Nancy worked as operations manager in the financial planning and brokerage industry. Nancy supports our business and individual planning, and investment areas. Nancy also supports and assists in our marketing efforts. Her personal time is spent enjoying her three grown children and friends. She enjoys cooking, gardening, making music, traveling and fishing. |

Maureen Brady, Administrative Assistant |

Maureen
joined KGK in 2004. She brings with her over 10 years
of sales and risk management support in the medical
professional liability industry. Prior to moving to
the corporate world, Maureen was a school librarian
and computer educator for over 20 years. She earned
both Bachelorís and Masterís degrees from Illinois State
University and has also completed post-graduate coursework
at National-Lewis University. Outside of the office,
Maureen is very active in family history research,
including teaching classes and workshops for public
libraries and genealogical societies. She also enjoys
reading, needlework and travel. |

Heidi
Graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH, with a
degree in Marketing. Her previous work experience includes
over 10 years in technical and sales support for a healthcare
software provider. Heidi's responsibilities include administration
of Section 125 plans for our clients, including compliance
work, governmental filings, plan documentation, assistance
with employee communications and ongoing communication
with client representatives. |

Candi started with KGK in February of 2007. Candi brings over 13 years of experience in the recordkeeping and management field of 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans. Prior to that time, she began her own business specializing in administration of small plans before deciding to work in the corporate world. Candi graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. degree in English. She did post graduate coursework working towards her Master’s in Accounting in which she has over 33 hours in accounting. She completed a graduate level program approved by the American Bar Association from Roosevelt University which certified her as a Paralegal in Employee Benefits, specializing in Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans. Her interests range from spending time with her husband and three grown children, to such other pastimes as hiking, jogging, reading and relaxing with her friends. |

Rita D. Junge, HIA, MHP, DIA, DHP, Client Relationship Manager of Group Benefits |

Rita joined KGK in May of 2007. Rita manages our Group Benefits area. She has over 30 years of experience in employee benefits. Prior to joining KGK, she worked for two large Chicago-based consulting and brokerage firms over a 10 year time span. In her prior positions, Rita's responsibilities ranged from Regional Account Manager to Benefit Consultant and Area Vice President of Client Development. Rita also spent nine years with a national managing group underwriting firm in Minneapolis, managing the Western block of business. Her focus with this block of business was in the self funded and 200+ lives client accounts. She spent an additional 10 years with a large national carrier in various clerical and supervisory roles, including Manager of Member Services for their HMO affiliate in IL. Rita enjoys spending time with her family of four daughters and a growing number of grandchildren. She also has a passion for painting, reading, music and golf. |
